About
Emma Lavery is a designer and maker of contemporary studio jewellery. Her work is deeply Influenced by a background in Fine Art, a great love of travel; inspired by Japanese design and Nordic sophistication, with an emphasis on slow fashion. #whomademyjewellery
Colour, contrast and innovative construction provide the key to her modernist aesthetic, with asymmetry and repetition playing important roles. Predominantly working in sterling silver, select pieces are accented by colourful gemstones, 18ct gold and Keum-Boo gold; in addition to exploring alternative materials such as Murano Glass and Polymer Clay.
Her aim is to create innately wearable, clean-lined geometric pieces that can be worn casually, formally or anywhere in between.
